I am an Immigrant Women, Results Coach, Servant Leader, Board Member, Mine Engineer, Project Manager, Mom, and Wife. I have all I could have ever dreamed of a successful global career and a happy family.

But it was never enough for me, I was always looking into the next challenge, I was stressed, I was not satisfied, and I just craved for some peace and life balance. Because of it, I started my journey of healing and self-mastery over a decade ago.

My life purpose and passion are to help ambitious professionals to find their voice and master work-life balance. 

As a female engineer in the most male dominated industry in the world, mining, I have learned to navigate the waters of being the only women in the team, both at the mine sites and offices, I worked at in South and North America for the past fifteen years.

My journey has been one challenging but rewarding, I had to look for the path of self-development to stay strong and learned to embrace vulnerability, which had made me become the resilient and result oriented professional, mom, and servant leader that I am today.
